Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Notes that with effect from 12 October 2014 Fiat S.p.A., as the Reference Entity in relation to the Notes, merged into Fiat Investments N.V. which has been redenominated Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V.. Consequently, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. is the Successor Reference Entity in accordance with the ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions applicable to the Notes.
