Polynt: esercizio dell'opzione di greenshoe

Con riferimento all’Offerta Pubblica Globale di Vendita di azioni Polynt S.p.A., si rende noto che in data 3 novembre 2006, i Joint Global Coordinators, Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. e Merrill Lynch International, hanno integralmente esercitato l’opzione di greenshoe per n. 9.288.000 di titoli. Il prezzo di acquisto delle azioni oggetto della greenshoe è pari a € 1,80 per azione – corrispondente al prezzo stabilito nell’ambito dell’Offerta Pubblica Globale di Vendita – per un controvalore complessivo pari a circa € 16,72mln. Il trasferimento e il pagamento delle suddette azioni avverrà entro l’8 novembre 2006. Inclusa la greenshoe l’Offerta Pubblica Globale di Vendita ha riguardato pertanto n. 71.208.000 di titoli Polynt S.p.A., pari al 69,00% del capitale sociale, per un controvalore di € 128,17mln.
