Fondiaria Nederland notes: greenshoe exercised in full

Due to the very large number of applications received, Mediobanca and Lehman Brothers yesterday exercised their full greeshoe options over the three issues of notes by Fondiaria Nederland exchangeable into shares in Banca di Roma, Monte dei Paschi and Assicurazioni Generali. The total amount of notes issued has thus risen to ?696.9m, split as follows:

  • 276,8 in notes exchangeable into Banca di Roma shares
  • 231,1 in notes exchangeable into Monte dei Paschi shares
  • 189,0 in notes exchangeable into Assicurazioni Generali shares
