We have published our first Sustainability Reporting, in compliance with Directive (EU) 2022/2464 (the “Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive”, or the “CSRD”), transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree No. 125 of 6 September 2024.
The Reporting is an integral part of the Consolidated Review of Operations for the year ended 30 June 2025, and discloses information on Impacts, Risks and Opportunities (the “IROs”) deemed “material” in the Double Materiality analysis, and pertaining to internal operations and to direct and indirect business relationships across the Group’s value chain.

Mediobanca reports annually on its progress relative to the UPEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking (PRB), of which it became a member in 2021.
