In compliance with pay transparency legislation, details of the compensation package will be provided to the candidate once their spontaneous application has been linked to a specific vacancy.

Individual compensation is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), company-level collective bargaining arrangements, and the individual employment agreement, consistently with the Remuneration Policies approved annually. The Company has implemented appropriate governance frameworks and processes to ensure that compensation is internally equitable, market competitive, and aligned with individual performance.
