First Group Transition Plan, KPIs for all NZBA sectors, launch of CSRD process
2022 - 2023
ESG targets included in new 2023-26 Strategic Plan, membership of PICAF, adaptation plan to meet the regulator’s requirements
2021 - 2022
Membership of NZBA, launch of toDEI and D&I KPIs, first TCFD, PRB and EU Taxonomy reports
2020-2021
ESG objectives integrated into STI plan, membership of PRB, inclusion in the principal ESG ratings, carbon neutrality (Scope 1 and 2)
