Group structure

In the last ten years we have refocused our strategic objectives, simplifying and reshaping our Group structure accordingly: from investment bank and holding company, we have transformed ourselves into a specialist financial group. Our highly distinctive business model is based on three diversified and complementary activities.

The Wealth Management division, launched in 2016, is divided into three areas:

Mediobanca Premier targets Premier clients and family investments
Mediobanca Private Banking, CMB Monaco and Spafid serve HNWI and UHNWI clients
Mediobanca SGR, Polus Capital and RAM AI are our product factories.

The Corporate & Investment Banking division comprises the parent company’s Wholesale Banking activities, the stakes owned in French advisory boutique Messier et Associés and in Arma Partners, and various Group Legal Entities operating in different market segments.

The Consumer Finance division comprises our subsidiary Compass Banca.
