Interim report for six months ended 31 December 2013

The Mediobanca Group’s interim financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2013 will be available, along with the independent auditor’s report on them, as of today, 21 February 2014, to anyone requesting to see them, at the Bank’s head office and the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and may also be consulted on the Bank’s website at www.mediobanca.com.
