Piquadro Global Offering

With reference to the global offering of Piquadro S.p.A. shares, notice is hereby given that on 9 November 2007, the Global Coordinator Mediobanca has exercised the greenshoe option involving a total of 2,280,000 shares.
The acquisition price for shares covered by the greenshoe option was € 2.20 per share, equal to that provided for under the terms of the global offering, for a total of € 5,016,000.
Transfer and payment of the shares will take place on 14 November 2007.
Accordingly, the global offering including the greenshoe option involved a total of 17,500,000 Piquadro shares, equal to 35 % of the company’s share capital, for a total of € 38.5 m.
