At a meeting held today, the Appointments Committee of Mediobanca launched the procedure for drawing up the list of proposed appointments to the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali. This procedure is expected to be completed by mid-way through next week, in conjunction with a meeting to be called of the parties to the Mediobanca shareholders’ agreement.
