Mediobanca cancels its state-guaranteed liabilities

Mediobanca S.p.A. hereby gives notice that, having received the requisite clearances from the authorities, on 26 May 2014 it will proceed to cancel its liabilities secured by guarantees issued by the republic of Italy pursuant to Article 8 of Italian decree law 201/11 as converted into Italian law 214/11, as shown below

These liabilities were subscribed for at issue by Mediobanca itself and have never been placed on the market.

 

In view of the foregoing, the guarantee will also be cancelled.
