List of candidates for appointment as Directors of Mediobanca now filed

The Board of Directors’ list of candidates for appointment to the position of Director of Mediobanca for the 2021-23 period, published on 16 September 2020, is now available for consultation at the Bank’s head office and on websites www.mediobanca.com (Governance/General Meetings/General Meeting 2020) and www.emarketstorage.com, including all documentation required for each candidate, as follows:

• Detailed CV with a list of management and control positions held with other companies and entities that do not primarily pursue commercial objectives;

• Declaration agreeing to stand as candidate, and stating that there are no grounds that would render them incompatible with, or otherwise ineligible for, holding such office, and further stating that they are in possession of the requisites by the law and Articles of Association in force;

• "Fit & Proper" questionnaire duly completed as attached to the " Report on the Qualitative and Quantitative composition of the Board of Directors".
