Merger of 100%-owned subsidiaries Telco MB and Sinto MB into Mediobanca: minutes of Board meeting filed

The minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 15 December 2015, at which a resolution was approved pursuant to Article 2505, para. 2 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 6 of the company’s Articles of Association regarding the merger of 100%-owned subsidiaries 100% Telco MB s.r.l. and Sinto MB s.r.l into Mediobanca S.p.A. are available from the company’s head office, the authorized storage system website (http://www.emarketstorage.com/) and the Bank’s own institutional website at www.mediobanca.com in the Corporate Governance/BoD section.
