Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting

The notarial excerpt of the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 25 November 2014 at which a resolution was approved to increase the Bank’s share capital free of charge via the issue of 2,033,549 ordinary shares from the performance share scheme currently in force, is now available to the general public at the company’s head office, the offices of Borsa Italiana, on the authorized storage mechanism (www.1Info.it) and the Bank’s website at www.mediobanca.com in the section entitled “Corporate Governance/Board of Directors/minutes of Board meetings”.
