Documentation filing for AGM to be held on 28 October 2021

The following documents have been made available to the general public at the headquarters of Mediobanca and on the following websites: mediobanca.com (section entitled Governance/General Meetings/General Meeting 2021) and emarketstorage.com:

  • Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, FY 2020-21;
  • Statement on corporate governance and ownership structure as at 23 September 2021.

The report by the external audtors on the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement for the year ended on 30 June 2021 will be available as from 7 October 2021.
