Documentation filed for AGM to take place on 28 October 2020

  • Mediobanca draft individual and consolidated financial statements for the twelve months ended 30 June 2020;
  • Consolidated non-financial statement for the year ended 30 June 2020;
  • Annual statement on corporate governance and ownership structure as at 16 September 2020.

 

The full version of the individual and consolidated accounts as at 30 June 2020, including the reports by the external auditors and the Statutory Audit Committee, will be published on 7 October 2020.
