Documentation filed for AGM to be held on 28 October 2023

The following documents are now available at the Bank’s head office and on websites www.mediobanca.com (Governance/General Meetings/General Meeting 2023) and www.emarketstorage.com:

  •      Draft individual and consolidated financial statements as at 30 June 2023, including the proposed profit allocation, the reports by the Statutory Audit Committee and the external audit firm;
  •      Consolidated Non-Financial Statement for FY 2022-23, including the external audit firm’s report.
