Resolutions pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree 161/98 

The Board of Directors of Mediobanca has received notice from Mr Marco Tronchetti Provera, following his first-degree sentencing by the court of Milan for the crime referred to under Article 648 of the Italian Penal Code, of his suspension from the posts of director and Deputy Chairman. As required by the regulations in force, the Board has declared that the suspension shall continue until the next annual general meeting due to be held on 28 October 2013.
