UBI Banca International SA Eur 350,000,000 Mandatory Exchangeable Bonds due 2012 exchangeable into ordinary shares of Lottomatica Group S.p.A. (Isin code XS0460385411): Final settlement.

With reference to the Maturity of the aforementioned bond, mandatorily convertible into Lottomatica Group S.p.A. ordinary shares, issued by UBI Banca International S.A. as Fiduciary Issuer on October 29th 2009, all the shares constituting the Exchange Property, owned by Mediobanca International (Luxembourg) S.A., acting as Depositary Bank, has been delivered to the final investors.
