The Report on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors is now available at the company’s head offices and on the authorized storage websites emarketstorage.com and mediobanca.com (Corporate Governance/AGM 2017). The
report, which was approved by the Board of Directors on 14 June, provides guidance in view of the reappointment of the governing bodies to be submitted to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 28 October 2017; and takes account of the most recent regulatory guidelines on the requisites in terms of professional qualifications, and suitability of the overall composition of the Board as a whole.
