Yoox: greenshoe option exercised

With reference to the global offering of YOOX S.p.A. shares, notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2009, Joint Global Co-ordinators Goldman Sachs International and Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. have exercised the greenshoe option involving a total of 3,649,606 shares.
The exercise price for the greenshoe option was €4.3 per share, equal to that provided for under the terms of the global offering, for a total of €15,693,306.
Transfer and payment of the shares will take place on 9 December 2009.
Accordingly, the global offering including the greenshoe option involved a total of 27,980,309 YOOX shares for a total of €120,315,328.
