Exercise prices of the options granted to staff have been revised

Notice is hereby given that following the scrip issue cum warrants to shareholders approved in September 2009, and in application of the “Terms and conditions of Group staff stock option scheme”, the exercise prices of the options granted to staff have been revised by applying the coefficient K used to adjust the option and futures contracts published by Borsa Italiana on 25 September 2009, equal to 0.933788. The revised table with the new exercise prices for the options, the features of which are unchanged from those described in the press releases issued on 17 September 2007 and 10 October 2007, is available on the Bank’s website at www.mediobanca.com.
