Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. launches sale of 10% stake in Tod’s S.p.A. via an accelerated bookbuilding aimed at Italian and foreign institutional investors
Mediobanca announces to have started, as bookrunner, through an "Accelerated Bookbuilt Offer", a placement of 3,060,000 Tod’s S.p.A. ordinary shares to institutional investors (approximately 10% of the ordinary share capital). The shares are offered by Diego Della Valle & C. SAPA (6.08% of the ordinary share capital), by Diego Della Valle (1.96% of the ordinary share capital) and by Andrea Della Valle (1.96% of the ordinary share capital). Settlement of the operation is expected after 3 working days after the closing of the offer.
