Translation of essential information in respect of a consultation agreement between the shareholders of Mediobanca S.p.A. (the “Agreement”) published in accordance with Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 58/98 and Consob resolution 11971/99 as amended
Introduction
Pursuant to Article 131 of the Consob regulations for issuers (resolution no. 11971/99), is given below the composition of the Agreement as at 1 January 2022 which reflects the withdrawal of Schematrentatre S.p.A. (Edizione) and the change in Mediobanca's share capital.
The wording of the Agreement remains unchanged.
