Manlio Stefano Nuzzo, lawyer specialized in financial markets, began his career in 1999, working for various international legal practices, before joining Capitalia S.p.A. in 2005, as part of the Legal Counsel department.

In the following nineteen years he assumed various roles in the Group Legal Department of UniCredit S.p.A., becoming head of Group Corporate Affairs and member of the Group Legal Executive Committee in 2016. From 2018 to 2024 he took the role of secretary to the Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee of UniCredit.

He joined Mediobanca S.p.A in 2026 as General Counsel, with responsibility for both Corporate Affairs and Legal Affairs.
