Mediobanca has completed the Quarzo ABS for €528m

Mediobanca has today completed the placement of the Quarzo ABS, a securitization of receivables credit by Compass Banca, for a total of €528 million. The issue was priced 70 basis points above the 3-month Euribor rate.

Despite the period of volatility linked to the ongoing geopolitical tensions the transaction was successfully concluded. The bookbuilding process involved all the main European investors in the ABS sector and the order book exceeded € 850 million, which allowed the initial guidance to be tightened by 10bps.

This transaction further demonstrates Mediobanca Group's ability to access funding at competitive levels even in volatile market conditions, thanks to the wide availability of funding channels and instruments.
