Enervit - Greenshoe option exercised

With reference to the offering of Enervit S.p.A. shares, notice is hereby given that on 25 July 2008, the Global Coordinator Mediobanca has exercised the greenshoe option involving 180.000 shares.
The acquisition price for shares covered by the greenshoe option was € 2.00 per share, equal to that provided for under the terms of the offering, for a total of € 360.000,00.
Transfer and payment of the shares will take place on 30 July 2008. Accordingly, the global offering including the greenshoe option involved a total of 1.980.000 Enervit shares, equal to 11.12% of the company’s share capital, for a total of € 3,96 m.
