Notice is hereby given that Pier Silvio BERLUSCONI, a director of Mediobanca not qualifying as independent according to the definition provided in the Code of conduct in respect of listed companies, has today tendered his resignation, following his appointment as director of Fininvest and the relevant restrictions under Article 36 of Italian Decree Law 201/11.
