Notice of change in the company’s share capital
Notice is hereby given of a change to the composition of the company’s share capital (fully subscribed for and paid up) as a result of the issue of performance shares reserved to key members of the Bank’s staff[i] on 6 March 2024 (the date on which the statement of change of share capital was filed with the Companies’ Register).
