New composition of Appointments Committee

At a Board meeting held today, the Directors of Mediobanca approved the following new composition of its Appointments Committee: Renato Pagliaro (Chairman), Alberto Nagel, Francesco Saverio Vinci, Vanessa Labérenne and Elisabetta Magistretti, with the addition of Mauro Bini and Maurizio Costa in an advisory capacity as provided under Article 19, point i), para. 1 of the company’s Articles of Association.
