Mediobanca hereby gives notice, in relation to the undertakings entered into vis-à-vis the antitrust authorities, that it has now completed the sale of all the Fondiaria-SAI and Unipol shares acquired by it as a result of its participation in the underwriting syndicates for the recent capital increases.
