Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. informs that its Board of Directors met yesterday, under the chairmanship of Professor Vittorio Grilli, to continue, with the assistance of its advisors, the preliminary review and analytical activities in view of the definition of the proposed merger with Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the related exchange ratio.
The Board of Directors and the Related Parties Committee will continue their respective review activities, which are expected to be completed on 10 March 2026.

The process will continue to be carried out in compliance with the safeguards required under the regulations governing related party transactions.
