Press release Documentation filing for AGM to be held on 28 October 2022

The following documents have been made available to the general public at the headquarters of Mediobanca and on the following websites: mediobanca.com (section entitled Governance/General Meetings/Genereal Meeting 2022) and emarketstorage.com:

  •      Group Remuneration Policy and Report; annual performance share scheme;
  •      Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, FY 2021-22;
  •      Statement on corporate governance and ownership structure as at 22 September 2022.

The report by the external auditors on the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement for the year ended on 30 June 2022 will be available as from 7 October 2022.
