Nicola Guadagni is Chief of Staff to the CEO of Mediobanca.

Previously, he was General Manager of Gardant Bridge Servicing (DoValue Group) and earlier he served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Lending Officer at Solution Bank.

He has also held senior roles at institutions including Credito Fondiario, Intesa Sanpaolo after starting his career at Deutsche Bank.
