Since 2019, Francesco Grosoli is the Chief Executive Officer of CMB Monaco - one of the leading private banks in the Principality of Monaco. 

After a career spanning more than 30 years in the financial sector, he has held senior positions in major international banking institutions. After an initial experience at BSI, he joined the Monaco branch of HSBC, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Head of Private Banking in 2006.

He joined Barclays as CEO of the Monegasque branch in 2007, was appointed CEO Wealth & Investment Management Europe in 2015 and CEO Private Bank EMEA in 2016. From 2009 to 2019, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Monégasque des Activités Financières (AMAF).
