A one-year internship for graduates in Economics and STEM subjects

Access to a highly specialized training program –AIPB Masters’ course or CFA exam – to help you gain all the technical skills you need to embark on this journey

An international job rotation cycle, dividing your time between Private Banking, Asset Management (in Italy and Monte Carlo) and Corporate & Investment Banking, bringing you into contact with the best sector professionals and giving you an opportunity to learn trade secrets. You will gain international working experience which will teach you related to relate to different cultures and mindsets, making you a versatile professional attractive to the non-domestic as well as the domestic markets
