Document filing notice

The following documents are now available at the Bank’s headquarters and at mediobanca.com (in the section entitled Corporate Governance/General Meetings 2019) and emarketstorage.com:

  • Draft Individual Financial Statements of Mediobanca and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 30 June 2019, along with the Board of Directors’ review of operations and reports by the Statutory Audit Committee and the external auditors
  • consolidated Non-Financial Statement as at 30 June 2019 pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/2016
